When all the usual carriers you find on comparison sites such as Parcel2go baulked at the idea of taking a 3.5m length of cornice and an 18Kg package from Aberdeen to Fife, Stuart at M&H never batted an eyelid (insofar as I could detect eyelid batting over the phone).
Here's the great thing though. They don't take plastic so I sent a cheque and the delivery took place in Fife the day after I sent the cheque which means they must have actioned the pickup as soon as I got off the phone.
Customer service carrier of the year in my book !
